Revenue Sources  

 The revenue necessary to fund the Phase 2 Capital Project is shown in the graph below. The majority of the funding, $23,300,000 will be provided by the New York State Department of Education in the form of building aid. The local share will be funded by allocating a balance of $100,000 in EXCEL money provided to Holley by the state to fund specific types of construction projects; a Capital Reserve Fund, which taxpayers approved in December 2007 for the purpose of improving district buildings and grounds; and General Fund dollars that the district has been able to set aside due to sound financial planning.
