Holley Athletics is excited to announce that for the third year, we are offering the convenience of online registration for sports clearances through FamilyID (
https://www.familyid.com/pages/home). When you register through FamilyID, the system keeps track of your information in your FamilyID profile. You enter your information only once for each family member for multiple uses and multiple programs.
You may begin to create your FamilyID profile anytime. Clearance forms can be uploaded using the online system. Completing the FamilyID profile prior to registering your son/daughter for each sports season will help expedite the sign-up process. For more information on how to register, visit

The registration for Fall 2019 sports will open on Friday, July 19. Dr. Goetz will be at Holley MS/HS to perform sports physicals on Aug. 13 at 9 a.m. Any student registering to play a fall sport will need to be seen if they do not have a current physical on file; this is a NYS requirement. Please call the Main Office to be placed on the list to be seen by Dr. Goetz, if needed. Students cannot start a sport season without having a current physical completed.
