The Holley Central School District has a variety of communication tools we use to communicate on a regular basis. Here’s an overview of the tools we rely on to share important information. 

ParentSquare: Beginning in the 2025-26 school year, Holley is using ParentSquare for school-to-home communication. This will serve as our district-wide emergency notification system. Please learn more here.

SchoolTool: SchoolTool is our student management system which allows parents to see student information online, including student schedules, attendance, interim and report card grades, discipline information, and more. Please learn more here. 

Website: The HCSD website is a comprehensive and continually updated resource for parents and residents alike. We recommend referring to the website first and often for everything from district announcements and Board of Education meeting minutes to lunch menus, athletic schedules and more. 

District Calendar: A district calendar and parent guide is mailed to families ahead of each school year. This calendar can also be printed from our calendar webpage. A digital version is kept up to date on the website throughout the year to include any new events or changes.  

Social Media: The district Facebook and Twitter/X accounts are regularly updated to keep our community informed on all the great things happening in our buildings. You can find our district social media channels linked on our website footer for you to follow along.  

District Newsletter: We publish the Holley Dimension, our district-wide newsletter, on a quarterly basis so you can see what has happened and what’s ahead. Newsletters are mailed to district residents and are posted online here.  

The Middle/High School publishes The Hawk's Report which is a monthly digital newsletter with important updates from the principal which is distributed via email and can also be found here. 

Local News Media: We regularly share our news with local news publications including Westside News, The Daily News (Batavia) and Orleans Hub. When we are featured, we often share the digital link to the stories through our district Facebook.
