Greetings Holley Families and Staff,
Governor Hochul has announced on Feb. 27 that the current mask mandate for schools in New York State will be lifted, starting on March 2. It is our intention at the Holley Central School District to follow that plan.
Therefore, starting Wednesday, March 2, masks will no longer be required in our schools. Masks will be available for anyone who requests one, and any student or staff member choosing to continue to wear a mask, will certainly be supported.
I want to personally thank the Holley students, staff and families for their incredible response to the challenging requirements and circumstances we have had to endure over the past two years. Your overall support of the Holley Central School District, and each other, is greatly appreciated.
If anyone in our school community (student, staff or family member) would like a rapid COVID-19 test kit, they continue to be available in our school offices at no cost.
Respectfully,
Brian Bartalo
Superintendent
