The High School Student Council (HSSC) and Real-Life Class are sponsoring a drive to collect donations to support the Ukrainian people. All donations will be given to one of two churches that are currently working to help the Ukrainian people. We are looking for donations of the following items:
- Pasta & rice
- Canned food
- Dried fruits & nuts
- Cloth headgear/ski masks
- Water bottles/flasks
- Gloves
- Flashlights
- Sleeping bags
- Foldable mattresses
- Tights/pants/Underamour
- Boots
- First aid kits
- Undergarments
- Hygiene products
Note: Used items are not accepted.
Students created a tree that hangs in the MS/HS Foyer. Each leaf has a note of support written by students and staff. If you would like to make a leaf and add it to our tree, please contact Jim Di Sessa (
[email protected]).
There are boxes near the tree dedicated to donations by grade level (7-12). The class that collects the most donations will win a pizza party. Donations can also be given directly to Mr. Di Sessa in HS Room 217.
If you would like to make a financial donation to help pay for shipping of donated items, please give that to Mr. Di Sessa.
