Beginning Thursday, March 19, at noon, our schools and buildings will be closed to all students, parents, visitors and staff members, with the exception of those deemed as essential personnel by the district. 

 

If you still need to come to school to pick up medication, essential personal belongings or learning materials, please make arrangements to do so on March 19 before noon.  After that, you will only be able access a school building for an urgent reason, with specific permission from a district administrator to assist and accompany you. 

 

Thank you for your cooperation and understanding with this unique and unsettling situation.  The safety of our school community is our priority and we’re taking every precaution possible to ensure that.

 

Our first day of food distribution went very well.  We anticipate more meals being picked up at our five locations in the coming days.  As a reminder, the survey we sent out was not a requirement to obtain food, it was merely a way to help us plan for how many meals to provide at each site.  All children ages 18 and younger are able to obtain a free breakfast and lunch each day. Meals can be picked up from 8-10 a.m. each weekday.  Please contact our food service office if you have any questions or concerns at 638-6318, extension 2566.
