Dear Families,

 

Given the possibility that we may have to completely close our buildings in the near future, we are extending our hours today (3/16) to be open until 7 p.m. in both schools. If parents haven’t already come in to pick up their child’s personal belongings and learning materials, they may do so until 7 p.m. tonight.  

 

As of now, the rest of the week will be as was reported previously; until further notice, schools are closed to students.  Essential personnel will continue to work, and the buildings will be open from 8 a.m.-2 p.m. for 10-month instructional staff and parents to come in to pick up materials.  If these conditions change, we will send out another communication. 

 

We are continuing with our plan to distribute food staring on Wednesday, March 18.  If you haven’t already, we appreciate your assistance by completing our food survey to help us prepare (http://bit.ly/HCSDFood).
