District Registration & Enrollment Procedures

All new residents to the Holley Central School District must register with the building secretary of either the Elementary or Middle School/High School. The district requires that a parent (guardian) accompany the students(s) at the time of registration. If you have any questions, please call the building secretary. The following documents are necessary to complete the registration process: 
  • Birth Certificate (verify age)
  • Immunization Record
  • Social Security Number
  • Parent or Guardian Identification (i.e., driver’s license)
  • Proof of Residency
  • Custody Papers (if necessary)
