All new residents to the Holley Central School District must register with the building secretary of either the Elementary or Middle School/High School. The district requires that a parent (guardian) accompany the students(s) at the time of registration. If you have any questions, please call the building secretary. Contact info can be found

- Birth Certificate (verify age)
- Immunization Record
- Social Security Number
- Parent or Guardian Identification (i.e., driver’s license)
- Proof of Residency
- Custody Papers (if necessary)
