District Registration & Enrollment Procedures

All new residents to the Holley Central School District must register with the building secretary of either the Elementary or Middle School/High School. The district requires that a parent (guardian) accompany the students(s) at the time of registration. If you have any questions, please call the building secretary. Contact info can be found here. The following documents are necessary to complete the registration process: 
  • Birth Certificate (verify age)
  • Immunization Record
  • Social Security Number
  • Parent or Guardian Identification (i.e., driver’s license)
  • Proof of Residency
  • Custody Papers (if necessary)
