The Holley Central School District permits the use of school district facilities by non-school sponsored organizations at its discretion. Groups or organizations requesting such use should familiarize themselves with the procedures outlined on the Facility Use Form at right. Groups must submit this form for each separate use they wish to make of the facilities. The Facility Use Form must be filled out by the proper authority of the group requesting the use of the Holley Central School Facility. Please fill out completely and accurately. Proof of Insurance must be submitted along with this form or it will not be considered. All forms must be submitted 30 days prior to event. Forms may be submitted to the main office of the building being requested for use. Use of facilities is approved only after authorized by the signature of the appropriate district official. Facilities are not available on Sundays or holidays.
