Holley's Interact and EarlyAct clubs hosted their fourth Clean Sweep on Saturday, May 4. It was a great success with over 100 participants, 85 of them being Holley students.

This event is hosted in alignment with the Parks & Trails New York annual state-wide Earth Day Canal Clean Sweep. Together, they swept the canal park, walking paths and village sidewalks collecting trash to both better the environment and restore beauty to the Holley community.

The Holley MS/HS implemented Interact Club in 2017. It is offered to students in grades 7-12 interested in volunteering their service to their community and school. Inspired by Interact, the Elementary School launched EarlyAct Club in 2023 where fifth and sixth graders can gain an increased awareness of knowledge of their community and world and participate in service projects. Both clubs are sponsored by the Holley Rotary Club.
