Public Notice Regarding Title IX & Section 504
The Board of Education of the Holley Central School District does not discriminate on the basis of sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, race, color, national origin or handicapping condition in the educational programs or activities which it operates and is in full compliance with Title IX of the Educational Amendments of 1972 and Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973.
